Police dragnet nabs suspected criminally suspended motorists

NEW HAVEN | For the week of Sept. 16 through Sept. 22, the troopers of the Vermont State Police B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license: Rick Emrick, 41, of Pittsford, was stopped on Parker Road in Pittsford, on Sept. 22, by Trooper Zachariah Shaughnessey. He is cited to appear at the Rutland County Court on Nov. 9. Randy Lizotte, 57, of Pawlet, was stopped on Parker Road in Pittsford, on Sept. 22, by Trooper Zachariah Shaughnessey. He is cited to appear at the Rutland County Court on Nov. 9. Jo-Anne Welch, 28, of Bennington, was stopped on US Route 7 in Pownal, on Sept. 21, by Trooper Tyler Silva. She is cited to appear at the Bennington County Court on Oct. 26. Michael Webster, 39, of West Rutland, was stopped on Harrison Avenue in West Rutland by Trooper Zachariah Shaughnessey. He is cited to appear at the Rutland County Court on Nov. 2. Brandon Ingalls, 26, of Springfield, was stopped by Trooper Austin Soule on Sept. 16, on Interstate 91 at mile marker 34. He is cited to appear at the Windham County Court on Oct. 27. Nichole Fernandez, 24, of Waltham, was stopped on Green Street in Vergennes, on Sept. 16, by Trooper Sean Hauter. She is cited to appear at the Addison County Court on Nov. 16. Abigail Fraser, 22, of Hinesburg, was stopped on Monkton Road in Vergennes on Sept. 16, by Trooper Sean Hauter. She is cited to appear at the Addison County Court on Nov. 16. Jason Gagnon, 35, of West Haven, was stopped on Route 22A in West Haven on Sept. 16, by Corp. Mark Busier. He is cited to appear at the Rutland County Court on Nov. 9. B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
