Haselton Lumber to Host "Haselton Yard Party & Expo"

WILMINGTON | Haselton Lumber Company is bringing together contractors, homeowners, families, local businesses, and the community for an evening of food, music, vendors, giveaways, and summer fun at the Haselton Yard Party & Expo on Wednesday, June 17 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Wilmington. The free public event continues the growth of what began over the last couple of years as Haselton's Contractor Day, now reimagined into a larger community celebration welcoming attendees of all ages. This year's event also comes during a milestone year for Haselton Lumber as the company celebrates 125 years of serving the Adirondack region. Guests can explore vendor exhibits and product showcases from some of the top names in the building industry, including Presenting Sponsor Andersen Windows, along with US Lumber, Reeb, Ideal Roofing, Hood Distribution, PrimeSource Building Products, Culpeper Wood Preservers, Warren Trask, Azek, and many more. In addition to industry vendors, the event will feature local craft vendors, yard games, giveaways, raffles, live demonstrations, and live music throughout the evening from local band Cloudspun. Food and drinks will be available from regional favorites Two Jerks BBQ, The DogFather, and beer service by Twisted Raven. "We really wanted to create something that feels welcoming and fun for everyone," said Michelle Preston, organizer of the event. "Whether you work in the trades, are building a home, love supporting local businesses, or just want a great night out with your family, there's truly something here for everybody. We're excited to celebrate summer, our community, and Haselton's 125th anniversary together." Contractors and tradespeople attending the event will also have access to exclusive raffles, giveaways, and industry-focused experiences throughout the evening. Families are encouraged to attend and spend the evening enjoying the music, food, activities, and community atmosphere.
