AmeriCU to celebrate new Peru financial center with Grand Welcoming

PERU | AmeriCU Credit Union will celebrate the grand welcoming of its new financial center in Peru on Thursday, May 14, with a full day of events welcoming both members and the community. Located at 700 Bear Swamp Rd., the new branch reflects AmeriCU's continued commitment to providing accessible, community-focused financial services. The Peru location is part of AmeriCU's recent expansion, alongside additional new branches in AuSable, Keeseville, and Wilmington. AmeriCU Credit Union has proudly served Clinton and Essex counties and the greater North Country for many years. With four local branches now serving these communities, AmeriCU is able to be even more present—offering expanded access to financial services while continuing to deliver the personal care members know and trust. The celebration will begin with an open house from 12 to 4 p.m., where community members are invited to explore the new space, meet the AmeriCU team, and learn more about available services. The official Grand Welcoming Celebration will take place from 4 to 6:30 p.m., bringing together members, local partners, and community leaders to mark the occasion and celebrate AmeriCU's continued investment in the region.
