ALTONA | The Clinton County Republican Committee will host a campaign kickoff event on Saturday, April 25 at the Brookside Barn at Rainbow Banquet Hall in Altona, featuring New York gubernatorial candidate Bruce Blakeman alongside Assemblyman Robert Smullen candidate for Congress and local candidates Brent Davison, candidate for Clinton County Sheriff, and Hilary Rogers, candidate for Clinton County Surrogate's Court Judge. The event will begin with doors opening and a brunch buffet being served at 9:30 a.m., followed by a program starting at 10 a.m. A press conference with candidates will take place immediately following the program. "This event is about bringing strong leadership to the forefront and making it clear that the North Country matters," said Jerika Manning, Chairwoman of the Clinton County Republican Committee.
