Broker PJ Whitbeck awarded REALTOR® of the Year

PLATTSBURGH | Real Estate Broker/Owner PJ Whitbeck was recently awarded the 2024 REALTOR® of the Year at the annual meeting of the Adirondack Champlain Valley Board of REALTORS®. This award is the first for the newly formed ACV Board of REALTORS®, which is the merging of two long-standing Multiple Listing Service Boards. PJ, the past President of the Northern Adirondack Board of REALTORS and first and current President of the ACV Realtor Board, was instrumental in coordinating and merging with the Clinton County Board of Realtors earlier this year. He was selected as the inaugural REALTOR of the Year by his peers not only because of his leadership, but also ins exemplary dedication to educating and implementing the new National Association of REALTORS® requirements for broker commissions and buyer representation.
