ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOWN OF CROWN POINT CROWN POINT, NEW YORKWATER METERSGENERAL NOTICE: The Town of Crown Point (Owner) is requesting Material Supply Bids for the construction of the following Project:Water MetersAES Project No.: 5208NYS EFC DWSRF Project No. 18184Bids for supplying all materials for the Project will be received at the Crown Point Town Hall located at 17 Monitor Bay Road, Crown Point, NY 12928, until May 2 nd , 2024 at 10:00 am local time. At that timethe Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened.SCOPE OF WORK: Supply all new water meters to WD-1 and WD-2 and all associated materialsnecessary for the complete installation of the meters, both in house and in outdoor meter pits. Supply a drive-by meter reading system, complete with all hardware and software, to include interface with theTown's billing software as well as all technical support to provide a fully functional meter reading system.Bids are requested for the following Contract: General Construction Materials (GC-M).Note: It is the intent of the Town to issue a separate bid package for Water Meter Installation at a later date.OBTAINING BID DOCUMENTS: Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the AES Northeast websitewww.aesnortheast.com. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designatedwebsite in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid forthe Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website.
