Six Flags Great Escape Lodge to open Hurricane Grill & Wings®

LAKE GEORGE | Six Flags Great Escape Lodge has announced Hurricane Grill & Wings® is coming to the resort this summer. As the hotel's newest dining option, the restaurant brings a fun and relaxed atmosphere with delicious menu offerings to the Lake George region. "We are incredibly excited to introduce this new dining experience to both guests of the hotel as well as the entire community," said Six Flags Great Escape Resort President Rebecca Wood. "Hurricane Grill & Wings will bring a restaurant unlike anything in the area. We're thrilled to know our hotel guests will have a delicious, full-service option just steps from their room, and our local neighbors will have a new go-to for family night out." Hurricane Grill & Wings® is known for its jumbo, fresh wings, featuring more than 35 signature sauces and rubs. In addition to award-winning wing options, the menu boasts a wide variety of delicious offerings. Classic comfort starters, delicious fish tacos, juicy steak with chimichurri sauce, beer battered fish & chips, salad with seared ahi tuna and burgers with all the fixings are just a sampling of the mouth-watering options. Complete with kid's entrees, a full bar boasting 20 draft beer selections and tasty desserts; the brand's focus on a laid-back vibe creates a fun atmosphere for friends and families to "live with flavor," a fitting dining option after working up an appetite at the hotel's indoor water park. Owned by parent company FAT Brands Inc., the restaurant will be the first installment of a Hurricane Grill & Wings® location at a Six Flags property. The project is the latest addition in a series of investments to the resort focused on improving the guest experience, including renovations to guest suites and The Bobcat, an all-new and highly anticipated roller coaster at the Six Flags Great Escape theme park. The resort is currently hiring for a variety of positions across departments, including a seamless rapid-hire option for qualified applicants.
