With Woman Wellness to hold ribbon cutting

SARANAC LAKE | The Saranac Lake Area Chamber of Commerce will celebrate the opening of With Woman Wellness, a women's healthcare practice, Friday, July 14, at 5 p.m. The public is invited to attend and celebrate with the chamber and the team at With Woman Wellness at 1991 Saranac Ave. in Lake Placid. With Woman Wellness is an integrative healthcare practice offering women's health care including mental health services. The practice opened in February 2023, providing a variety of services and treatments and now accepts most insurances. With the increasing importance of providing access to women's health care and mental health services, the chamber believes this practice is a great asset to the North County. "We take great pride in providing a safe and comfortable experience," Sara Posdzich, founder of With Woman Wellness, said. "Believing in a client-centered approach and shared decision-making is optimal for overall health outcomes. We are excited to celebrate the opening of our practice with the community." Posdzich has worked most of her career in women's health. She started off as a registered nurse working for a local OB/GYN. Now, with her Master's of Science in Nursing and Certified Nurse Midwifery degrees from Frontier Nursing University, she is bringing more options for women's health to the area. Sara is pleased and humbled to have the opportunity to expand healthcare opportunities in the North Country. Tracy Posdzich is the mental healthcare provider for the practice, and is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Tracy Posdzich offers a variety of mental health services as well as medication management. Tracy Posdzich encourages the creative input of her clients and other practitioners to improve the healing process. "We are excited to celebrate With Woman Wellness, and encourage the public to attend and learn more about this practice," Rachel Karp, executive director of the Saranac Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, said. "Access to health care and mental health services is essential, and we are proud to support this business and promote the services and quality of care that Sara and Tracy offer." In addition to the ribbon cutting, With Woman Wellness is the host for the Saranac Lake Chamber of Commerce July Business After Hours, which will immediately follow the ribbon cutting. All are invited for drinks, refreshments, conversation and networking.
